Karen has over 30 years in commercial banking with specific experience in Middle Market Commercial Lending, SBA Lending, Medical/Healthcare Lending, Wholesale Floorplan Lending, Retail Banking, and Consumer Lending. She has also handled all phases of Special Asset workouts.
She spent 28 years working with a large, independent community bank ($1.5 billion in assets) where she managed an $80 million loan portfolio. She then moved on to spend four years as a Commercial Team Lead for an $80 Billion Super-Regional Bank where she managed a $300MM portfolio while consistently exceeding her revenue goals by 10% or more.
Karen has experience in all phases of SBA lending protocol, PCFS 2000 Software, T-Soft software, SBA SOP and current government regulations.
She is also a successful entrepreneur having started an office products company handling all financial aspects.
John has spent 37 years in and around commercial banking first as a consumer/commercial lender for 12 years and then as a commercial financial consultant for the last 25 years. He specializes in small and middle sized businesses with sales in the range of $500K to $20MM and has assisted owners in improving accounting, finance, marketing, personnel, and balance sheet restructuring via commercial bank debt acquisition.
He has assisted hundreds of small businesses both in the Tampa Bay area as well as throughout the state of Florida coordinating the acquisition of over $100MM in commercial loans from dozens of Florida banks.
He is the broker of record for his own mortgage broker business as well as a commercial real estate firm.
